THE STORY
Gogo, purveyor of Wi-Fi services to airlines and private fleets, was launching its ambitious 4G platform for high-speed inflight connectivity. To do so, they needed existing customers to upgrade to the new system – and once they did, retain valuable extra services once the free trials expired.
We built an integrated campaign, microsite, and library of content that treated Gogo’s audience like adult humans capable of making good decisions – instead of pandering or giving them fluffy marketing. We reached them wherever they were in the buying cycle, too.
